Apple might stop production of iPhone 12 mini in Q2 2021: Report

Tech Giant Apple is expected to stop the production of the smallest flagship in the iPhone series. The company had earlier reduced the production of the mini version in favour of the more expensive variants. A new report now suggests that the iPhone 12 Mini may be completely be taken off its assembly lines. This can be seen as a result of its weak demand.

On the other hand, reports suggest that the production of the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Pro would be increased. Also, the iPhone 13, which is next in the line, is also expected to be produced at a comparatively higher rate.

The claims state that Apple won’t be launching any new iPhone SE model this year. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the stoppage of the iPhone 12 mini’s production.
